Cancellation Policy
At The Blondery, we recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, in order to maintain the quality of service for all of our clients, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations or no-shows on the same day will incur a full charge of 100% of the service fee.
While we are willing to work with clients in certain circumstances, this policy is in place to protect both our stylists and ensure that all of our clients have the opportunity to secure appointments.
All services are final sale. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
If you have concerns with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. Any necessary adjustments must be completed within one week of the original appointment or within the stylist’s availability, whichever comes first. After this time, the service is considered complete.
